Shipping and Delivery Information

Barefoot Connections™ ships to all 50 states in the United States.  All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  Delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirming email when your order is received.  Another email is sent to you when your package is shipped.  The second email contains a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your order. 

Please make sure that you provide us with a correct email and shipping address.  Post office boxes are not acceptable.  Barefoot Connections™ is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.  If your email address is not correct you will not receive confirmation emails from us.

Damaged parcels
Barefoot Connections™ makes every effort to ensure that your order will arrive in good condition.  If your order arrives damaged, please save the box/packaging and contact us immediately.  All return/damage inquiries must be made (via email or phone) within 2 business days of receiving your order.
